Be Specific

Highlight Major New Improvements

"Move-in ready" is a hot phrased used to really catch a buyer's attention signaling that must of the more costly and major renovations have been taken care of.

Mention Neighborhood Spots

Use the neighborhood and it's surrounding as a selling tool. Accentuate key places, and the ease of living in the location.

Consider Open Spaces

Many city dwellers crave wide open spaces. We recommend using the term "open floor plan" to lure your buyer in for the sale.

Use Proper Grammar

As this might seem as a no-brainer, you will be surprised with how many listings have basic grammatical errors. Don't rush, and proofread before submitting your listing. Also, NEVER USE ALL CAPS. Search engines will mark it as spam and your potential buyers will think you're yelling at them.
